Ready or not, fall is here

I know there are way to many of these pictures, but I couldn't choose....cute little man, gorgeous fall leaves....it was to hard to narrow it down.

I wanted to show off my favorite maple trees but Ryker was too busy watching Chacon chase a rabbit to pose for me so you don't get to see the Octoberfest Maple, but here's the Crimson King.  I can't wait until it is BIG. 

Ryker's Birthday Weekend

Seth, Ryker, and I met my family in Denver for the weekend. It's hard to believe we celebrated his 1st birthday and our 6th anniversary. What a fabulous year this little man has made it!

Ryker scored some major loot in Denver. He got this sweet piggy bank and loves to fill it up so don't forget your change when you come to our house!

Where'd he get that hair?

Everyone asks where Ryker gets his curls. I figured I'd present a little evidence in hopes of putting an end to all the "paternity test" jokes. He actually has curls on both sides of the family. The first picture is my Dad as a baby. The little girl on the right in the second picture is Seth's aunt.
