Rykers Half Birthday

We've finally gotten too old to celebrate our "half birthdays," but now we must celebrate Ryker's. Kara flew out for the weekend in honor of the big event....okay so she would have come anyway, but that gave us more reason to celebrate. We took in the daffodil fields, took the dogs to the river, and played with all Ryker's new toys and books.The Jack in the Box is didn't quite get the reaction I was hoping for. He only laughed once out of about 10 times. Maybe later.

Ryker is starting to really like the dogs now. I just have to figure out how to get them to not lick his face.
Here's his battle wounds from his 6 months shots. His appointment went great. For all of you who have held him recently and guessed over 25 lbs, he's a slim 23 lbs 2 oz.
