Pompey's Pillar

The actual signature of William Clark.  It is enclosed in a glass case to preserve it now, but it is still in the exact location on Pompey's pillar where he originally signed it.  There are no other markings anywhere from their expedition.  They had great journal's so we know where they were, but this is the only place known where they left evidence of the expedition.
